R​ocky D's was created because of my love of cooking . My passion for cooking was ignited at a young age by my parents who blessed me with the priceless gifts of cooking and baking.

A whole new world opened up for me when my mom brought me into the kitchen and taught me the fine art of baking some of the most exquisite desserts that one has ever tasted. My dad helped to elevate my experience to the next level when he taught me to cook and season food with a southern and carribean flair. My dad used the lessons learned from the beautiful Bahamian Islands and taught me to explore a variety of flavors and techniques that have culminated into the Rocky D's Catering experience.
